First time we have stayed here. I was a bit worried about the parking from reading previous reviews but the palm court multi storey car park across the road worked for us as we didn't need our car for the 3 nights we were there. £10/24 hours was fine for us but our friends staying in the travel lodge could...

The hotel was fine, staff polite and went that little bit extra to make us comfortable - however the adjoining Brewers Fayre restaraunt was truly awful. Our table of 15 was booked weeks in advance for a celebration, the booking was checked and confirmed upon arrival, checked again on the morning of our celebration only to be told half an...

We returned to the hotel on the 6th July this year after coming 3 times in the last 3 years. As always , the service was great and staff very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and the lady who replenished our towels etc did a fantastic job. After 4 nights, we left on Fri 10th July feeling...

Stayed here for a week in August 2014 with my mum and then 5 year old in a family room. Very clean room and comfy beds. Fantastic location for town and the sea front. Staff very friendly and helpful. We are retuning this summer for another week!!

We visited this hotel last year on completing a C2C cycle ride and after the good experience decided to stay again after the same event this year. the hotel is good although we were again on the 3rd floor along a labyrinth of corridors. The room was good although the TV screen is very small. The restaurant was exceptional for...

Good would read Excellent except for two reasons. No Car Park and those awful gel type soap dispensers in the bathroom. Excellent comfy bed, quiet night. Car parking is almost impossible, there are some spaces opposite,if you're lucky, but the need to interrupt breakfast at 9am.to pay is annoying. Parking at nearby hotels difficult, expensive and not always available.

Good position right on the edge of the main shopping area. Unfortunately no on site parking so you have to park off site in one of the local car parks. Need to budget for this about £10 per day. Brewers Fayre attached to this Premier Inn. Staff friendly and the usually standard of room. A bit lacking on towels as...

The location is very central, and you can get parking for £10 for 24 hours. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Check in was late because of the arrival of new beds, but only by and hour. My only negatives were the second single bed in the family room was rock hard, and there was only a very...

The location of this premier inn is excellent, about 200 m to the funicular down to the beach. The negatives 1. no free parking, however there is a multi story very close by - £10 for 24 hours. 2. The rooms are not quite as spotless as other premier inns - a few cobwebs here and there. 3. The tea,...
