Stay here every 6 weeks, the hotel is central to everything, staff always friendly, breakfast is excellent, rooms are always comfortable. Going back in 3 weeks and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Scarborough. I wouldn't stay anywhere else, me and the kids love it.

We stayed in a family room for just 1 night on a Saturday. The room was at the back of the hotel & overlooked a busy bar/beer garden. The noise was horrendous with loud music/shouting & screaming until at least 1pm. I wouldn't like to stay in this room during the Summer !! This was the only problem that we...

Enjoyed staying at the hotel, the room was spot on - had no issues with noise or broken facilities, very clean and refreshed every day. Food was alright - had breakfast which was from the buffet. Had a very nice stay and will be staying again!

A short but pleasant stay after a long journey in the rain. The staff were very helpful and check in was very easy and quick and the same checking out. The room was as you would expect at a premier and the bed was very comfortable.

We spent one night in this room and would definitely have requested an alternative if we had planned a longer stay. The room itself is a good size and quiet. However it overlooks the wheelie bins and is quite dark. The bathroom is quite well appointed but is ruined by the badly stained toilet bowl which looks disgusting. The heating...

Hi Jan, Thanks for your review of our Scarborough Premier Inn. I am pleased to see you were initially happy with the room you were allocated, though I do apologise for the noise issues you had experienced due to the location of the room, the cleanliness within the bathroom and the heating problems you had faced. I am glad that...

Great time spent in the hotel. Very good location and near to shopping centres. Some issue with parking . Some places needed for disabled people at least. There are few places given by council but for 3 hours only.

Just spent 2 nights away with my young daughter. Very nice room, clean and comfortable beds. Good choice of food for breakfast. Staff were very polite and helpful. Only thing that we weren't happy with were noisy guests coming in in the early hours.
