The people were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was very hot but the bathroom was freezing cold. The base of the glasses in the bathroom had what I would say was accumulated dirt on them. The breakfast cups had what appeared to be black specs which looked like midges or small insects in them. The breakfast was normal...

This is the 3rd. Time myself, my mother and our 2 dogs have stayed at the B & B. Comfy, clean rooms. Delicious breakfast! Also had an Afternoon Tea, absolutely beautiful and worth the money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also the fabulous views and farm animals. I'm sure we'll be back in the future!

We had a beautiful weekend from the moment we arrived. Even the farm dogs were friendly! Lovely home cooked food, excellent disabled access (a ground floor room with direct access to the yard and a walk-in shower). The view to the south-east the first morning, with Scarborough Castle and Flamborough lighthouse visible was marvellous. We came back all rested.

The cottage was lovely and clean,it had everything you could possible need. The dogs loved their own private garden area. I would recommend the farm to all types of holiday makers.Very good value. It would be ideal for young familys, lots of animals to see. excellant play area and games room for children.

Lovely home from home stay, the children loved the games room and it was great to be able to enjoy an evening meal here too! Breakfast was great and our table was set up ready for us with high chairs etc. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

After hearing many recommendations, me, mum and grandma came here for a coffee and a scone, whilst on a drive out. The tea rooms is a nice little place on a farm in middle of nowhere. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely views surrounding the place. Fairly cheap prices and great service.

Booked last minute for a family of five. Well worth the drive, fantastic location and great views from the conservatory restaurant/tea rooms. The Sunday roast dinner menu was great and the food even better. I had the overnight cooked brisket of beef which was great. Excellent, fast service and very good value for money. We'll be back !

Lovely place it was the second time we had visited. Had a good weekend celebrating our daughters 1st birthday. The cottages were very roomy we stayed in the primrose cottage it was too big for the three of us. The only thing i would have to say is the floor in the kitchen felt sticky and the living room floor...
