Fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting. Retaining lots of its original character dating back to 1881. Staff helpful and friendly. Relaxing quiet area but easy access to Scarborough Bridlington Whitby and Filey. Food excellent. Room stunning.

We stayed for one night DB&B. We booked a standard room as the hotel was fully booked for the new year period which was still nice and cosy. We have stayed previously but in upgraded bedrooms.
