Great value for money, just one note we booked a family room and was on the fourth floor, we had a 4 month old baby but didn't realise that the floor was on two levels and there was stairs to get to our room. Went up the bigger lift and my wife struggled to get up the stairs (I was...

The pillows in the room were really hard and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The room overlooked what can only be described as an abandoned building site and the feel of the hotel was extremely dated. The staff were pleasant, however I'm not sure how professional they looked with quite visible tattoos showing. The breakfast selection was limited, however...

On arrival we were welcomed by a lovely young man on reception, he was so full of life and obviously loved his job he was a joy. Our room was perfect, clean and overlooked the sea. All the staff were very helpful. All in all we had a perfect weekend and will only stay at Travelodge St Nicholas when we...

Great location with the beach and also town accessible within 10 mins! However the hotel its self offers basic rooms and service with exceptional prices, not worth the money, particularly at peak tourism times.

Great value place. Old but well revamped building right in centre of town near all facilities. Staff excellent, food good for the money but within walking distance of many alternatives if you want to explore. Off street parking free overnight but may involve a walk. 2 lifts.

I stay at quite a few Travelodge and the staff at this one, without exception, the best I have encountered. They were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location close to the town centre and the tramway to the beach below. The only problem is the parking. Because of the hotel's location, you don't really...

So happy with this hotel! The room had a gorgeous sea view from bed and the breakfast actually managed to fill up my boyfriend! Highly recommend, if not for the friendly staff then for the comfy beds!
