Room on 2nd floor of Annex.Not much use to accomodate an 80year old with walking difficulties. Carpets throughout the building were filthy. Final Straw when I sat on bed it collapsed !! Needless to stay we demanded a full refund and left immediately

I've seen the pool, but never used it. A temp of 31 is extremely warm! A temperature of 29/30 would still be lovely and it did look very inviting for a hotel pool.
