Room on 2nd floor of Annex.Not much use to accomodate an 80year old with walking difficulties.
Carpets throughout the building were filthy. Final Straw when I sat on bed it collapsed !!

The Garden rooms have a separate entrance at the rear of the main building,there are 2 rooms one is a superior double or can be made into a twin,and the other is a twin.They are at ground level and has a view of the lawn with patio doors that open into the garden.The bathrooms are wetrooms which are wheelchair accesible.
