Having read rave reviews on this B&B we arrived on spec to find there was one room left. The price at £90 for a double room with breakfast seemed reasonable considering the rave reviews, the superking sized bed was very comfortable and the room and ensuite shower room clean. However, a few quibbles that made us not rate Ash Farm as...

What a wonderful place to stay, lovely surroundings not too far from Manchester if you want shops, museums, nightlife etc. A warm welcome greeted me from the owners. The room was clean, compact, warm and with a comfortable bed (only slight problem was the bed was too wide so there was no room for bedside cabinet for you to put...

Believe the glowing reviews - Ash Farm Country House is a lovely place to stay overnight (maybe for your honeymoon!) or for a few days if you want to visit Dunham Massey and enjoy the surrounding area. The managers live next door so you feel more relaxed than in some other guest houses. We've stayed there three times over the...

Such a comfortable and warm room, which after arriving at 11.30pm on a cold February night was very welcome. The room was compact, but with everything we needed - including a very comfortable bed. Good shower, WiFi & hot drink facilities. Breakfast was really tasty - loads of fresh fruit on offer, and a good amount of choice on the...

This is a delightful former farmhouse now owned by the National Trust and and run as a bed & breakfast. It is located in a very quiet village, Little Bollington, adjacent to Dunham Massey NT estate. Even with satnav we had trouble finding it. Both the postcode and gps co-ordinates were unhelpful. Having got here I can advise that the...

Nicest place I've stayed in for a long time. Welcoming, clean, comfortable and quiet, with very tasty breakfast served next to roaring fire. Wonderful rustic location with a great friendly pub next door too.

Stayed here for one night but wished could have stayed longer. Really welcoming and felt at 'home' straight away - was asked if we were staying in for the evening they would light the fire in the lounge - was tempted Amazing 7ft bed which was really comfortable. Breakfast was something else a great variety and choice and when it...

Clean rooms, friendly owners. SPECTACULAR breakfast. Honestly, it´s worth going for the breakfast alone. Lovely little B&B. Only 1 fault, that breakfast is served 7-9 am, it´d be nice to have an extra hour or so in bed at a weekend.

Thank Guiriguy
