Stayed here late August whilst working away from home. What I liked: Affordable prices (£25pn) for single occupancy and Linda's fresh cooked, home made breakfast was terrific. Room was clean and comfortable. What I didn't like: Shared bathroom and having to make your own bed. That said, for the money, working away and Linda's great breakfast, you can live with...

Visited the Bridge Inn yesterday & wasn't disappointed, service was friendly & efficient. Good menu, with specials, the Prawn Thai Red Curry was delicious, as was the Mince & Onion pie, home made chips as well. Portions generous, make sure you are hungry when you go. Comfortable atmosphere & friendly staff, 3 real ales on draught, which were well kept....

My wife had the steak pie - again wonderful. Food simply brilliant - beer wonderful - staff friendly and cheerful. Only down side.... it's 100 miles...

After eating our first dinner at the Bridge Inn we continued to do this as Linda's meals are very generous in size and great...

Local to the area and decided to give The Bridge Inn a try for a meal only (can't comment on accommodation). Lovely warm fire in the bar area and wood burner in the dining area. Friendly welcome and service throughout the evening. Variety of meal choices available. Generous portions. Quick service, with main course being out as soon as we...

Whilst visiting friends in Canonbie, we went to The Bridge Inn for an evening meal (as the local "Cross Keys" was awful) and what a treat it was. We were a party of 5 and seated facing the car park, with the distant hills and setting sun as the backdrop, quite lovely. Our waitress was very nice, our food order...
