Friendly welcome, we stayed one night as a pit stop on the bike. Parking is available but not enough for every room so be prepared to park nearby ( not a problem ) as lots of spaces in the road. Bathroom was large and clean. Bed linen clean but dated and didn't match .. hey I can cope with that...

Small double bedroom, dark and unwelcoming, wooden hut in the corner of the room with a sliding door that didn't work where toilet and sink were kept, shower cubicle in the other corner of the room At the end of the bed, wires hanging over the bed, flat lumpy heavy pillows, towels that are frayed and clearly seen better days,...

We only spent one night here when we went to the theatre. Our hostess was very accommodating, and flexible. We arrived a bit early, but were welcomed as soon as we got there. Our room was on the first floor. The furniture was a bit mishmashed, with wooden wardrobes and drawers from 1930's style to modern pine. However the room...

Like going back in time to a 1960's b&b complete with all the cliched restrictions on everything. Breakfast at 8.30 on the dot, no leeway, and disappointing quality, also no vegetarian option. No wifi, strictly rationed tea/coffee sachets in the room, old sprung mattress. Would have been ok if the price reflected its limitations, but not worth the £50 per...

Myself and my partner, stayed here August bank holiday weekend, stayed in room 3, was in reasonably good condition, with shared toilet and shower room, only £90:00 for two nights with breakfast and on site parking, nothing negative about the place, Will definitely return here again.

This is a conveniently located guest house that provides all the old discomfort without any of the charm or service expected from a guest house. The guest rooms are in urgent need of a refit and very uncomfortable to stay in. When refitting the property particular attention will need to be paid to the plumbing as in order to take...

We were a family of 4 people and booked 1 double room and 1 twin. We were given the double room on the ground floor number 12. The mattress had all the springs going into your backs so we had to put the duvet under us to try and get to sleep, the pillows were big lumps and were very...

Lovely people working there, but very disappointed overall on our stay. Walls of the rooms very thin, with the continuous snoring coming from the room next door. Shower randomly dripping at 4:00 in the morning. Resulting in us getting no sleep what so ever.

Our third visit here & will definitely come again. Ok rooms are a little dated but the place does exactly what it says on the tin! This place is clean a very friendly welcome, breakfast was fine for us. Private parking is also a bonus. Whiteways boasts being the cheapest B&B in Skegness but don't be fooled this is a...
