Me and my partner stayed here 2 nights ago. We had a lovely welcome. The room we stayed in was very clean and tidy, and so was the bathroom. We had no disturbances and had a great nights sleep. Would not want to stay anywhere else and will be returning in the next few weeks. Thanks!

Wonderful service from start to finish, room was small but nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Nice comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Fridge in the room was a nice touch with a couple of complementary canned drinks and bottles of water. Modern TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs in the hall to use if you wanted. All...

Stayed mid week after the Easter bank holiday Monday, on arrival met with a warm greeting and told about the car park at the rear of the hotel, shown to the room and provided with a second set of keys as there were four in our party. Room was very clean and spacious, lots of Tea, Coffee and Hot Chocolate...

We hired a room at The Eastleigh as part of a golden wedding anniversary gift for my in-laws. In the special requests section, I explained the gift and asked if a small card could be arranged to greet them upon check-in. The Eastleigh provided not only this, but a beautiful arrangement on their bed including towel swans, rose petals and...

Stopped here for 3 nights over Easter and had a another lovely stay, really can't fault it, it's in a ideal place, Ian who owns it is lovely and the lady who cleans rooms does a brilliant job and always had a smile and a few friendly words when we saw her, nice touches in rooms such as hair straighteners,...

The whole establishment is tired. You could not swing a cat in the "superior double room". The bed was so lumpy I could not sleep. The fridge gurgled all night, pretty pointless having one with old cheap water in it! The bed side lights didn't work and we were greeted by being told " you are late. I thought you...

This hotel was booked by our children as part of a Golden Wedding anniversary gift. The owner greeted us with a bottle of wine, a card and a beautiful towel display along with rose petals on the bed. Would we stay here again? 100% yes. Lovely clean and modern hotel in the perfect location for The Embassy Theatre.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Eastleigh has an enviable location, conveniently close to the seafront, Skegness Pier and North Parade, and an easy walk to the beach, the centre of town, the bowling greens and Embassy Theatre. All rooms are comfortably furnished, well-appointed doubles arranged over three floors and all are en-suite with showers. Rooms at the front have a limited sea-view, and all other rooms face the rear of the property. Many unexpected little extras make a stay at The Eastleigh a little more special. The Eastleigh is 'room-only' and does not offer any meals, which is reflected in the attractive room rates. Allocated parking in the private car park is available for some rooms, otherwise there is ample on-street unlimited free parking. ... more   less
