We were very confortable in our lodge at the Premier Inn. The Toby Carvery, formerly Blackbrook Tavern, was just a short walk away and we had an excellent carvery meal there with our Taunton family and also breakfast the next day with our grandson and great granddaughter..

Last minute booking for business overnight stay. Arrived at hotel at nearly 1.00am to be greeted by a gentleman receptionist who conscious of the time undertook a speedy check in, Excellent customer service. Typical Premier Inn experience thereafter but extremely clean. Excellent breakfast arrangements, excellent food, even more exceptional customer service. Well done to all...

Stayed here a couple of years ago and it was frankly dreadful, but it was cheap and in the area we needed to stopover so we thought we would give it another go. What a difference. The check in was efficient, pleasant and helpful service. Rooms werve very nice. We were travelling with children so went to the Toby next... More

We used this hotel as a base to go to Bridgwater carnival. The hotel was clean, bright and internally well presented. There is building work happening on a second space upgrading rooms . This impacted on car parking space and blocked off 2 disabled bays, which was a small irritation for us as I am registered disabled. On our second... More

Very clean, spacious room. Convenient for M5 with pubs in the area for dinner. Worth a walk to the Hankering Arms for a nice cooked meal in 16th century pub. Friendly staff and very helpful. Buffet Breakfast good choice.

We stayed here for 2 nights when visiting friends and would definitely stay here again. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There is plenty of parking available and the breakfast was great. Totally recommend.

This is one of the better Premier Inn hotels. With clean rooms, friendly staff, its an Ideal over night stop travelling to or from the west country, being situated close to the M5 Junction. Food is good too!

It was about 4 pm and we didn't have any lodging for the night. Every hotel along the way was booked already! We stopped at the Walnut Tree in North Petherton and asked for a room, but they didn't have one. I must say, though, the front desk was amazing and called and called until they found us the last...
