This is a cheap clean hotel. It is not plush nor luxurious. It is clean and has Wi-Fi. The food is fine too. Not luxury but good vim. Ideal.business stopover for someone with lots of paperwork to complete. Few distractions. Close to the A1 tucked away in an industrial estate.

Drably located on a Wakefield industrial estate, this Campanile has only its low price going for it. The glass panel in our room door was cracked and the mattress was perhaps the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep on. The walls of the rooms are thin, so unless you enjoy the sounds of stag and hen night aftermaths,...

Ok looks like the bronx as you head towards the steps to your room .no lift .its bit like a 70s block of flats .outdated in dire need of an upgrade .To be fair the room was better then expected .the bathroom was clean .&we had a modern telly .tea coffee ect .The one big complaint is the bed ,or...

Can't fault the price but you do get what you pay for. It is a bit of a shock on arrival as looks like an old motel in the middle of an industrial park. A basic room but clean. It was however very cold as you only have a small storage heater which was not very effective. There is a...

stayed several times now and can't fault the place at all, friendly helpful staff, good location and the rooms are fine, i'm sure if you look hard enough you would find faults but i prefer just to enjoy my stay.

I stayed for one night. The staff were limited in number but work hard and are friendly. The rooms are budget level. In my room there were two plug sockets, one of which powered the TV. Note the hairdryer and kettle were wired directly to the mains so lack of sockets not an issue in my view. The room was...

This is a budget hotel and is priced as such. We booked the hotel before reading any reviews and after reading them, were not looking forward to our stay. We arrived late evening after a long journey, so decided to eat in the restaurant. The chef explained they had been busy and not everything on the menu was available, one...

I thought the photo looked nice as I was making a very last minute booking but when i turned off the main road into an industrial estate i knew I may be in trouble. The room was clean but had no plug sockets other than one for tv. lots of noise and some strange smells.. Food was not good, steak...

Stayed for one night as travelling from Bedford to visit family. I was a bit apprehensive as we pulled up outside but we had a friendly receptionist greet us. Had to walk up a couple flights of stairs to get to room but I think you can request a ground floor room. Room was basic but clean and considering the...

The room is function but at £38 what do you expect? It is clean and functional and the bed had a lot of springs that boinged when you move. The plumbing gurgled when our neighbours used the bathroom. It's close to Wakefield centre so it's a bit of a party hotel. There was some good humoured noise but it calmed...
