Really central hotel, right in the middle of Poole. We stayed in a family room which had all you need, but sofa bed a bit compact for children.
Room a little worn, but quiet.
Breakfast was amazing, and really well catered for gluten free.

The car park is almost opposite the front of the hotel - it is a one way street and just before you reach the hotel there is a a gap between the shops on the left hand side - it is quite narrow and easy to miss so go very slow. When you go through the gap just follow it round and you will see the parking spaces - only use the ones marked Antilope Hotel. You will need to get a parking ticket from reception when you book in - it is free.
