Lovely location nice room overlooking the coastline breakfast was ok not outstanding..they need more staff on the bar as after 20 minutes of waiting had to go to the lobby to get someone to serve us can't comment on dinner as we went out.

We wouldn't go back. It's quite unimpressive as a 4 star rating, with many stairs to climb as the lift only carries 4 max. Long boring corridors and a makeshift wooden ramp for trolleys etc. Needs plenty of refurbishment.

We too paid £381 for two weeknights and I will happily support a complaint with you. The second floor corridor smell was like a residential nursing home and with dirty walls and damaged doors it wasn't very pleasant.
