Perfect weather in a very nice hotel in a perfect location. De luxe room with sea view was excellent. Food at a window table in a nice restaurant was very good. Only one problem is the car park, with parking on a first come basis, bearing in mind the hotel's "beach club". We were lucky and found the last spot...

The Hotel is in a fabulous location. HOWEVER, the rooms are all very tired. Our room had a great view but was very tedious to get to with 5 corridors and 3 flights of stairs between it and the reception. The bar staff were curt and unhelpful. The Chinese restaurant was expensive and over charged us. During our stay they...

Just had 4 nights half board stay here via coach tour. The hotel and staff were excellent. We had a fab room looking out to sea. The breakfast was excellent but the main course of the evening meal was terrible. Many in our party complained but to no avail. Come on chief you are letting the side down. We definitely...

Stayed here many times and they now have plans for a major development. This has meant that parts of the hotel that would once have been improved are now overlooked. The site is wonderful, the staff couldn't have been nicer. The food wasn't quite as good as once it was, but the service and amenities generally were both excellent.

I did the wrong thing and had high expectations of the hotel perhaps based on the nonsense dished out by the media regarding Sandbanks itself which again isn't really that special. Hotel is very tired looking both in and out. Rooms we had were showing considerable signs of wear and tear and just simply felt a little dingy to be...

Went to the hotel to meet a friend for a meal, have to say I was disappointed. So basic and uninspiring. Extremely limited menu, choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts only. Standard not great either and to top it all was expected to pay a 10% tip for average service. Would not visit again. Hotel is really...

We booked this area because of the happy connections from the past. We were made welcome from the word go. The room was comfortable and the bed also. The shower worked well. Any enquirers and needs were soon met by the helpful reception staff. The room was quiet and rendered a restful nights sleep. The food was the highlight of...

Stayed for 2 night break with my husband and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff could not have been more accommodating from when we arrived to when we left. Lots of parking and can walk from the terrace were there are lots of outside seating and sunbeds direct onto the beach. I had read in a previous review about the...
