We went here with friends for afternoon tea, afraid to say we were a bit disappointed. As we were shown into the restaurant carpet fitters were finishing a job and made quite a lot of noise, there were building works above the restaurant and this also was rather noisy. We had a table in the window, the view was fabulous...

Been a regular here since moving to Poole five years ago ! Consider it my local and love the place ! On a sunny day there's not many places with a view like this ! And the staff make it a total pleasure to be a guest.

Booked for a wedding anniversary weekend, requested a higher room with a harbour view and what a superb view, they even took the trouble to leave a few nice chocolates and a card wishing us a happy anniversary. I can recommend the Eggs Benedict for breakfast.

I went to the Harbour Heights for lunch, and we both eat from the set menu. The food was delicious and the service really good. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The location with the view over the harbour and Brownsea Island is amazing.

I booked this venue for a birthday meal and I was left very disappointed at the service. The food however was excellent. The turnaround between courses was very quick and the manager overseeing the table was rude and dismissive and did not once smile. I would return to the restaurant for the food and would hope for better service.

We stayed at the Harbour Heights hotel for one night on a really good deal with Secret Escapes. Our room was lovely despite a view of the car park but for the price we paid you couldn't expect more. It was very hot when we arrived but we managed to cool it down using the (quite noisy) air conditioning. The...
