We stayed at Acorns Guest House for 5 days in October and we would ever go there again when we travel to Poole. The room is very cosy and the owners, Rachel and Steve, are very friendly, giving nice sightseeing tips and telling you something about the whereabouts. The breakfast was very good and every day you can choose from...

Excellent size room with triple glazing so very quiet despite being on a main road. Made to feel very welcome and helpful with where to eat. Good size car park too. Breakfast good. My only gripe was being asked to pay for Wi-Fi access and more bottled water. I would prefer free Wi-Fi and no expensive bottled water especially when...

Second time of staying at the Acorns this year and again cannot fault the service, the lovely breakfast, the clean rooms and the warm welcome offered by Rachel and Steve. I intend staying again in the future and would certainly recommend the Acorns to my friends and family.

We had a great night's stay in comfy beds. The room was spotless, and the welcome was warm and genuine. Lots of choices at breakfast and , unlike in many places, the hot items were served on hot plates ! Steve and Rachel were warm and friendly hosts. A good find and fast internet too

We were very lucky to stay here on Sunday night quite by chance as we extended our stay in Bournemouth and fortunately ran into a resident who highly recommended Acorns. Very luckily for us they had a free double room. This guest house is on another level. From the first moment you step over the threshold your hosts Rachel and...
