The name of this guest house is completely appropriate as the view across the bay is fantastic. The accommodation in the are of The View in my opinion is the best for views as you get the benefit of being able to be out to sea but also across the promenade. We stayed at The View mid March 2017 and...

We had one word to describe our stay - impressive. Impressive room, impressive view, impressive staff, impressive food, impressive reception, impressive atmosphere, impressive view. Amazing to be both inside the guest house and just outside of it, where you can view a spectacular landscape. Would recommend this place 100%!!!

Lovely hotel - very helpful staff- having you're  choice of pillows /quilt / soft blanket for sitting in lounge chairs were all  a fabulous touch. We had a great 3 night stat in room 3 , it had the most beautiful chinese decorations and a stunning open seaview. Although , what it would be like if they build the proposed...

Hello Sue, many thanks for your fabulous comments, much appreciated and I'm glad you liked our little place. The seagulls are very cheeky but they have never come in open windows (yet) and I don't believe they would, they are too frightened of us. Regarding the size of the TVs (28 inch) I am very sorry but I'm afraid I...

A brilliant guest house with superb hosts. Get a sea view room for stunning views over the bay. The rooms are well appointed with everything you need and more. Very convenient for the town centre a two minute walk away. Breakfast choice and quality was fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending The View and will return.

Just spent two nights in Llandudno at The View, I can not praise it enough. Roman was there to welcome us and show us to our room. We loved it, everything you needed and more was there and the view was amazing, you could just sit in the two comfy chair's in the bay window all day and look at...

My boyfriend had a 2 day surprise visit booked for our Valentine's weekend. We had never been to Llandudno before and they made us feel so welcome and helped us on where to visit during our stay. The guest house is in a perfect position, overlooking the pier and the sea, I would definitely recommend a sea view room. However...

Hello Carys, many thanks for your glowing praise, it is so very much appreciated. Syd Seagull and his family are not brave or cheeky enough to come in through the windows but they are nosey! They can also be annoyingly loud... which is why we provide earplugs!!! Cheers Claire

Arrived late on a Fri night due to work, but the owners had been in touch with us over the phone and waited up for us so that we could book in late. Already a good start. We were shown to our room by the very helpful Claire and after she had given us a run-down of what we needed...

Booked a last minute 2 night stay. Went for the seaview room (no 7) lovely view. Room was very clean shabby chic decor, comfy bed & pillows. Only gripe was draft from the windows. Breakfast was okay but again the room was cold due to a gap above the doors. Overall vey happy, great location and will be back again...

Hello Darren, thank your for your very kind review and I'm so pleased to hear you would come again. That was the coldest weekend of the winter (so far) with overnight temperatures below freezing and day time not much higher. Because we are a Grade 11 listed building double glazing is not permitted and unfortunately the large Victorian sash windows...
