Just got back from a stay over Christmas, The hotel is a nice location near the centre and about 100yds from the beach, the superior room are really nicely decorated to a good standard and a lovely big room with nice view out , the bar area was nice and comfortable and open throughout Christmas too, the breakfast was nice and even catered for my gluten free missus without any hassle (we did advise them about this before arrival) Pets are allowed too so ted the dog was happy and comfortable. I would also give a big thank you to ALL the staff, they help carry the bags , open the doors for you , they were lovely and VERY HELPFUL with any minor requests like extra pillows etc , I would also praise the manager for a very nice little touch of giving the guests staying over Christmas a present and card on Christmas day , this was a very nice touch to a great stay. As a family group of all ages everyone enjoyed the hotel, staff and food . And the price doesn't reflect the quality service .

Very warm and friendly welcome. Clean rooms and facilities. Good variety for breakfast. We made use of the nice little bar on the evenings the drinks were really reasonably priced and the service was really friendly. Great little budget hotel right next to all amenities and sea front. Will be using again in the future. Thank you

This is the first time we had stayed although my parents had stayed in the past. We all went as a large group this year and were welcomed like family. A very warm and friendly atmosphere. Very accommodating and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and our every request was fulfilled. Our room was large enough for a family of 5 on a reasonable budget and had recently had a bit of an upgrade. We had a lovely weekend and will be back. Thank you!

It’s been a couple of years since we stayed at the Broadway, we came to see the Christmas Parade and it was like we had never been away - Ross and the team were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble even though we were a large family booking - thank you to everyone at the Broadway another outstanding visit.

Awful! Faulty towers but in Llandudno! Nothing like the pictures online, springs on the bed popping through, bathroom that you couldn’t swing a cat in - not even enough space in there for a sink which is randomly round the other side of the room. We came away for a night for my partners birthday, we are both 40.. found a lovely bar locally with a live band on and we’re having a great night until we realised that we were on a curfew and if we weren’t in by 12 the doors were locked. Felt like my parents had put me on a timer!! Arrived and had keys thrown at me and told ‘up there’ to find the room. Paid for breakfast but didn’t bother, after the state of the hotel and the rooms we didn’t dare.

Came here for a 1 night stay and safe to say won't be returning.Upon entering the room we found that the toilet hadn't been cleaned and inside had a large amount of skid marks down it.Obviosuly this puts you off the hotel straight away as it makes you wonder what else hasn't been cleaned if something which you'd imagine is one of the key things the cleaner should clean hasn't been.Furthermore there was a large crack in the shower which almost cut my partners foot and one bedside lamp was basically hanging off the wall with a cable hanging out!The Breakfast was decent although was hard to stomach after the toilet id witnessed the day before .Avoid...
