Exceptional clean, lovely attentive and helpful hosts. This hotel is just a short walk from the theatre and a relaxing alternative to driving home after a show. The breakfast was delicious and the sea view room very quiet with beds as comfortable as you would wish. Will definitely visit again.

We had a great one night stay here, after an impromptu visit to Llandudno. Very clean building and the gentleman running the place (appologies I don't know your name) is extremely frindly, kind, warm, funny and provides a great service. Our room had a large bay window facing the sea so that we had a fantastic view of the beach...

Lovely clean double room with sea view. Very kind and friendly owners. Would not hesitate to recommend this small B & B Hotel to anyone and would definitely stay again if over this way. Handy for Venue Cymru and also town centre whilst being on the sea front ****

We stayed here at the weekend, we would recommend staying in room 4 fab views comfy bed and relaxing atmosphere only small Criticism the shower wasn't very powerful and advice would be to keep running as when I got out and turned off it went cold for my partner to then get into, this is only a small criticism though,...

We had a three day stay at the Promenad and it was fab. On arrival we loved the closeness to the sea and its attractive frontage in the beautiful Victorian crescent. We were met by Iain who greeted us and showed us to our room, carrying our case for us. Our room was large and roomy, well equipped with a...

We stayed here in August for 5 days and really enjoyed it. Ian was a super host and Martine did a lovely breakfast. We had a sea view and you caould also sit out at the front and had full use of the loungs. Greta location and you could get a free parking pass for the promenade. would recommend.

Located a short walk from the train station, less than 5 blocks, we stayed here for 2 nights. Iain is the consummate host. The breakfast is superb. You have to walk up to your room so that may limit some people. Iain and Martine had recently taken over the property and still have thing to fix, but it is clean...
