Lovely clean double room with sea view. Very kind and friendly owners. Would not hesitate to recommend this small B & B Hotel to anyone and would definitely stay again if over this way. Handy for Venue Cymru and also town centre whilst being on the sea front ****

Located a short walk from the train station, less than 5 blocks, we stayed here for 2 nights. Iain is the consummate host. The breakfast is superb. You have to walk up to your room so that may limit some people. Iain and Martine had recently taken over the property and still have thing to fix, but it is clean...

We received a very warm welcome from Iain, Martine and Rihannia (who has now gone off to university). We had one night in Room 7, a second floor sea-view double which was very good and then three nights in Room 4, a first floor double with a sea-view and a bay window from which you could see the whole of...

A very friendly welcome is assured on arrival. Great breakfast, with very friendly staff and owners. Very relaxed atmosphere with lots of banter at breakfast. This hotel is perfectly sited on the front with easy access to all that Llandudno has to offer. A fine refurbished hotel and a fantastic stay, many thanks.
