My wife and I spent 3 nights in the Capri Guest House last summer and were as highly satisfied with our stay as we had been previously (6 or more visits now). The premises are spotlessly clean, very well maintained and managed with care and attention. Mark and Heather pay attention to detail and are very thoughtful proprietors. The 'Superior'...

Just had a lovely 3 day visit and as usual it was first class. Mark and Heather go out of their way to make sure your visit is a good one and are there if you need them. All the rooms are of a very high standard, lovely decor and spotless due to Heathers attention to detail. The breakfasts are...

This is the second time that we have stayed at THE CAPRI. We went there as a treat for my 65th birthday. Havent been for a few years but the same "HIGH STANDARD" still prevailed. HEATHER & MARK are a Brilliant Couple who run a LOVELY HOTEL, never in your face, but there if you need anything. The bedroom was...

I recently visited the Capri and chose it mainly due to it's close proximity to the friends I was visiting. I was not disappointed at all. My room was priced reasonably (without an excessive single supplement), was clean and had everything you could need, including free wireless internet. The service was friendly but not overfamiliar and the breakfast was more...

So many thanks to Kevin and Chis for such a great review. It's wonderful when we hear that our Guests feel really at home with us and most importantly that they feel as we do, that they are friends rather than guests. We have then achieved our goal. Hope to see you both again soon. Mark and Heather

Just returned from a lovely relaxing break at the Capri. We have become regular guests over the years and we have not been since summer 2013 but every time we return the high standards are the same and the warm welcome just the same as when we first visited all those years ago. Had a lovely superior room with views...

In this reviewers opinion there have been two major changes in the-way-we-stay-away-over the past decade, the rise of the Budget Hotel (Travel Lodge/Premier Inn et el) and the "Super B & B" - that is to say the B & B providing a standard of comfort, ambience and (at breakfast only) food which would stand comparison with the best of...

May Heather and i just convey our heartfelt thanks for such a great review. When we took over The Capri some thirteen years ago our sole intention was to provide the quality of service that we like to receive when we stay away. A clean, comfortable room with a fresh hot breakfast at an affordable price did not to us...

We have stayed at this fab little B&B on a number of occasions and every stay has been faultless. The rooms we have stayed in have all been lovely and clean with great views and comfy beds. The location is very central for all amenities but is still very quiet at night helping you to get a good nights sleep....

Just returned from a great stay at The Capri. The guest house was formerly the town hall and still retains lots of the charm and character of days gone by, with a warm, welcoming feel as soon as you have entered. The rooms are lovely and very clean, with all the facilities that are required when on holiday (tea and...
