This review is going to be a mixed bag. I don't wish it to sound like I'm slating the hotel, I just wish to point out the shortcomings that affected me. To that end let me start by telling you all the good things. I arrived at the hotel before my room was ready, so I was offered use of...

This hotel is awful. Double room tiny and dirty. Toilet brush omg should have a health warning. Shower temperature was scalding and no help from reception staff. Stand up basin wash on both days, ridiculous. Door lock key had to be renewed 5 times over 2 days as it kept locking out. No spoons for breakfast fruit service and cling...

Dear Mr Jenkinson (of Bury Unison). We are very saddened by your review. Every year in November Unison members from across the UK attend a very large conference next door to us at Venue Cymru for 3 days (on a weekend when they are normally off, may I add!) Bournemouth Convention Bureau are the agents who book the 100's of...

Have returned home today after spending two nights at this hotel. Fantastically placed facing the sea. Own car park. The staff are really helpful and friendly. My wife and myself were in room 14. Extremely spacious, warm, comfortable beds etc. Can't fault it. We ate at the hotel one evening and although the menu and wine list were limited we found the...

had a good week end, except for the gale force winds. Very welcoming staff, and the room was perfect - comfy beds on the ground floor. could not have been better. We will definitely come again, if in Llandudno

Well I couldn't fault anything, from the moment we arrived to leaving. 16 close family & friends for my mums 75th birthday, the table was set out as requested, square rather than a long table where you don't get to speak to half of the guests, the sandwiches were fresh, accompanied by scones, jam & cream, Welsh cakes & profiteroles...

We have just had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the hotel was nice and clean. We were originally in a standard room but due to a problem with the TV we were moved to beautiful spacious room with a sea view (with a working TV)! We only had breakfast one day...

Today we visited the Cae Mor for afternoon tea to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday. 16 of us, including friends, children, grandchildren and great grand child of the birthday girl. This was a traditional tea, finger sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream and a large plate of profiteroles and a bowl of chocolate. Many establishments attempt to improve an...

We arrived at the hotel and we where quite impressed. Reception staff very friendly. Large bowl of fresh fruit in the hallway which was very welcome. Our room was small but very clean. Appreciated the complimentary bottled water and biscuits. Had a very comfortable nights sleep. The ideal place to stay when visiting Llandudno. Handy for all amenities. Will definitely...

After staying at the Cae Mor Hotel back in Easter, we were back in the area during half term visiting friend and decided to stay here once again and I must say ... a great decision to do so! A friendly welcome when we arrived at reception and our room was great too. A great size and superb views overlooking...
