I can only only say that when we stayed, as soon as you walk, there is a tiny reception on left then dinning room. Directly ahead of is an extemly small lift. If you have a wheelchair you just about fit in. I did not see any ground floor rooms at all.the only groundfloor toilet I saw was in the bar which reminded me of very old school toilets. My mother who is 85 yrs of age could not get in with her wheelchair.
