Really pleased to have found Rosedene. Very welcoming and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. We stayed in the family room. It has plenty of room for all 3 of us and a decent bed for our daughter not a fold away bed. Superb breakfasts and very reasonable rates. We will stay there again on our next stay in Llandudno. Definitely recommend Rosedene...

Hi we stayed for 2 nights in this lovely little B&B , the hosts are very welcoming with a cup of tea or coffee for you which was much needed after a 2 hour journey . The room was very nice with a ensuite shower, sink and toilet. Tea and coffee making facilities were available and so was a hairdryer...

The rosedene was our choice for an anniversary treat in gorgeous llandudno. Having stayed in the resort dozens of times we alternate accommodation. This was our first visit to the rosedene. Truly exceptional value for money. Flowers and champagne in the room on arrival. The interior was modern but not overpowering. But breakfast was just superb. Not only could you...

Stayed for one night in this great B&B. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is lovely and very hot, large portions on offer if required. The location is also great, close to great restaurants and shops and 2 minutes from the promenade. The only down side was parking though we did find a space eventually. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We very much enjoyed spending three days at this very nice guest house. The owners Jayne and Andy are lovely and so welcoming. Our room was beautifully decorated and all very clean. Very impressed with the huge TV screen, wall mounted! Breakfast was also extremely good, tasty and plenty of choice. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best guest houses we have stayed in. Family run. Rooms are perfect. Clean and with little touches like biscuits and sweets left in the room with your tea, coffee facilities. Breakfast is to die for. Full welsh with everything you can think of. Reasonably priced and right in the heart of the town. First class.
