Stayed B&B for two nights at Christmas. Shower never worked because water pressure too low. I got a cooked breakfast the first morning (Christmas day) but on the second morning the serving staff just ignored me. They only seemed interested in serving the coach party. I didn't even get offered a cup of tea so had to set out into...

Very nice hotel no lift so have to carry cases up stairs, food very good unfortunately our room (10) was over entertainment so from 9 30 till11 all you could here was very loud music playing. The restaurant service was first class.

We were here on a David Urquhart Tour and were pleased with the accommodation. Yes, rooms and bathrooms were small, but very comfortable and clean. Asked for a top floor room and it was very quiet. All food was served piping hot, and breakfast was especially good. Staff very friendly, all ladies! The Christmas Trees and decorations must have taken...

Situated just up from the pier this is excellent placed. Also available is roadside parking for you to leave the car with no restrictions. Everything is walking distance from the hotel. Hotel is clean, maintenance kept up with and offers an excellent breakfast with proper sausages!!! Would stay again and friendly management and staff.

This hotel is in a fab location. Room is standard. Bathroom requires an upgrade. A shower head attachment provided but no where to stick in on wall, so need to hold it in hand when having shower. Breakfast was nice. Parking is difficult, but owner was lovely enough to let us park in her drive at the back of the...

We went on Friday 28th October, it was 6 hours journey from Wakefield, but the holiday starts from the moment we sat on the coach, our driver Dale (D W COACHES Chesterfield) was so caring. We arrived at 2-30, we got room 4 on first floor, small room, twin beds only one chair but clean and comfortable. Hotel is close...

I like to be fair doing these reviews, and I'm sure others, that have done reviews on this hotel would disagree with me. You can't please everyone I guess. My opinion . . . Spent 3 days on a David Urquhart coach trip! The hotel is seriously tired and tatty! Definitely needs a refurb! It was clean, and the bed...

Had a second floor room at the hotel, nice views across Llandudno town and across to the sea. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean throughout. The room had its own en-suite facilities. The room and bathroom was a little small and the decor was neutral. The toilet/ shower was a little dated and the television very old....
