Went there with a group of twelve. Amazing atmosphere. Lots of seat in and outside. View was spectacular. We had coffee first outside. Long queue for lunch orders so get in early. Great Hotel. Highly recommend 👍👍

We stayed here the wk end 13/05/17. Nice little hotel. OK decor needs a bit of TLC but for a grade 2 listed building its in good condition as most of these building types are not able to be updated/modernized. We were in a nice room very clean but dated which for me added to its charm. The window was...

We travelled as a couple, and are not fussy in the slightest when it comes to having somewhere to stay. We only really want somewhere to rest our head when on adventures. However, we do expect basic needs to be met whilst staying somewhere. Such as rooms being clean and being able to get a decent nights sleep. This hotel...

I usually stay in the big brand hotels, however I thought i would give this a go. First of, parking is awful. The hotel is located on a dead end road. Its also steep as well as narrow with few places to turn let alone park. It has a unique style possibly Edwardian. Decor very dark and gloomy. My room had...

Very poor in every aspect. Room was way out of date and in poor condition. Television had two remotes and neither worked. Cleanliness was not up to scratch. The beds felt like they were about to fall apart at any moment. The staff tried but you sensed they knew they were up against it. The breakfast was close to inedible...

Spent a few days with family (2 adults, 2 kids) in this hotel during the week before Easter. What attracted us in the first place was the promise of free-parking, as the good councillors of Llandudno seem intent on extracting as much cash as they can from driving visitors outside many of the other hotels. Sure enough, we got parking...

I did like the hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. I liked the private spaces in the common areas, and the breakfast was just fine. But it needs a lot of TLC (and investment) to get the best out of it. And running out of white wine and coke (two staples of any bar) betrays a lack of care....

Medium sized Victorian Hotel located at the end of Hill Terrace at the top of a steep hill. A few off street parking spaces are provided but can be difficult in the road. Our room faced the bay and with good weather meant superb views across the estuary to the mountains. The room was well appointed and ensuite, although some...

The greeting and room were absolutely fine; parking not impossible but difficult. Arriving back at the hotel at about 9:00pm for a quiet drink in the lounge bar, I found it completely taken over by a large family group who's children were being allowed to behave as if they were at home. I nearly tripped and fell over a pair...
