We stayed one night here and couldn't have picked a more ideal location. The hotel was nostalgic and cheaply priced. Don't expect luxury and modern as the rooms need a little updating but no complaints as the room was clean and the staff were friendly. There was a wide range of people from families to elderly which made for a...

Llandudno is a beautiful resort town with lots to do and lots to see in the surrounding region. The Grand is a gracious Victorian hotel close to everything. Our room overlooked the beach and the promenade - memorable. Breakfast was "full Welsh" but wifi was reception area only.

Family room booked with a double bed and a single bed for 4 nights at £80 a night (not including breakfast). The room was like a store cupboard we had to climb other the beds to go to the manky toilet . Little girl watched a very dated TV but it switched off ever 20 minutes and then came back...

I would like to give this hotel five stars as it was recommended as a good hotel, but I can only give it two stars. I took my elderly mum for a well earned brake as my dad has dementia , so he went into respite and off we went to Llandudno as we know it is flat, and ideal...

After reading some of the reviews we were not expecting the best, but were pleasantly surprised. My room had a double bed and I had only booked a single. Room overlooked sea and was on forth floor. Food all self service and was plain but enjoyable. Chef did me gluten free soup as there were no other options for starter....

Never been so disappointed in a hotel. Our allocated room was filthy and generally tired looking, surprising so early in the season. The premier dining room was only open for one hour at breakfast and again for dinner. The room was changed promptly without question to another which was an improvement. The staff were lovely, very helpful, they cannot be...

Friendly staff, excellent portering on arrival. We had room 91 on level minus 1 which was a premier room, it was large and more like a suite and had a whirlpool spa bath which was a pleasant surprise, there was a large window with views across the bay, the only downside being it was very noisy from the pier with...

We went for a long weekend, in the middle of July '15. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, the food great, the entertainment good, the staff friendly and couldn't go enough for us, What more could you ask for? Had a brilliant time. Thoroughly recommend it for value for money.

Tired hotel but spotlessly clean, simple but good qualify food and the lack of parking, especially for disabled drivers is unbelievably bad but the staff are absolute stars and moved mountains to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and they showed great patience with some of our more quirky problems including moving all the furniture around the...

Warm welcome, helped with luggage. Small room but big bathroom with bath and shower, room to store toiletries. Cleaned well, fresh towels and refreshment tray replenished daily. Very good breakfast (optional), evening meal (optional), we didn't try that. Bar staff friendly, drinks inexpensive. Entertainment provided in the evenings (didn't try that). Close to main high street and shops. Close to...
