......Afternoon tea is wonderful. We will defiantly be back, as it is such a good homely place to stay. Great places to visit and the tour bus is a good way to see Llandudno & Conwy too. From the hotel you can see the sea and hear Punch & Judy show, it is a trip down memory lane!

We last stayed here in 2014 and were so impressed by the standards of food, service and by the friendly efficient team. At that time the hotel was AA listed and held 2 Rosettes. Having just returned we would not repeat the experience and will no longer recommend it to friends. It appears that the listing and Rosettes are all...

We received a warm welcome when we walked into the hotel, followed by a quite superb homemade afternoon tea. Everything was excellent and the staff were great, sandwiches were lovely, followed by a mountain of homemade cakes all washed down with as much tea and coffee as we wanted. We sat on a window table overlooking the bay, what a...

We have had cream teas in Blackpool Tower but it does not come close to this. We went on the 11th. The picture is just of the cakes as the sandwiches come on a separate plate. Egg mayonnaise, Ham and Salmon with Cucumber plus salad. Also get unlimited tea or coffee. Very nice and friendly staff and lovely relaxing atmosphere....

We stayed for one night in March 2017. It is a very welcoming hotel with a bit of Alice in wonderland history. The rooms are very comfortable and has a very cosy bed, there is even a mini bar. The hotel itself was spacious and is licenced with views over the pier and the sea, with shops, pubs and places...

I booked afternoon tea here for a family treat with my elderly in-laws and the hotel had set us up a room at the front of the property with an interesting view of the seafront and plenty of room around the table. One of our party needed additional assistance as they are in a wheelchair and nothing was too much...
