My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights in September. Nice and friendly B&B in a very good location. Owner is flexible and full of good local tips. Location is very good for walking to the Great Orme or Llandudno pier. The whole of North Wales is accessible by car from Llandudno. A couple of good restaurants nearby too!

We stayed here for two nights earlier this week with our twelve year old. Perfect location for the sea front, town, pier and tram Gerry is a mine if useful information and very welcoming. We had the family room and it was huge with a separate lounge area. Lots of choices for breakfast Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

What a gem of a Bed and Breakfast in Llandudno. After booking online we received an email from Gerry asking what time we would be arriving. We arrived 2 hours earlier than stated and we were warmly welcomed by Gerry who said our room was ready. The room was clean tidy and comfortable. Could have done with a hot chocolate...

We stayed here again recently for our 2nd wedding anniversary and took our 7 month old daughter. Gerry and Carol were hospitable as usual and couldn't have done more to make our stay a great one. Fantastic family accommodation with little luxuries that make it all the more special, thank you.
