Arrived stressed, tired and burnt out, left feeling refreshed, relaxed and very, very content. There's something about Llandudno that oozes tranquillity and this hotel plays a big part in this. The areas so peaceful and the hosts are so friendly and welcoming that you can't help but chill out. The roaring fire and a nightcap completes the picture. Great breakfast...

We arrived on a very cold Good Friday to a roaring fire and a warm welcome from Debbie. Within 15 minutes we were booked into our room and sat in front of the fire with a welcome cup of tea and Welsh cake. This is our third visit to the Bryn Derwen our room was to high spec for furnishings...

Arrived to a warm coal fire burning, given welsh cakes and a pot of tea whilst our luggage was taken to our room (Room 3 with sitting area and rich red and gold colours). The owners Debbie and Steve are warm and friendly. The main sitting room had current magazines and the settees comfortable. A new bar for drinks and...

We had an excellent stay. Hotel on a nice, quiet street only a short walk from the main high street and the two beaches. Hotel has parking which can be difficult in Llandudno. Welcomed with fresh coffee and Welsh cakes. Rooms spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast cooked to perfection. Even gave us a free lift to a local restaurant to...

My Wife and I stayed at Bryn Derwen over the August bank holiday weekend and had a fantastic time. The hosts Debbie & Steve put everything they've got into making their guest house the best it can possibly be. The room was gorgeous, well equipped and spotless. Breakfast was cooked to our personal tastes, just right every time. Debbie &...

We were looking for somewhere which could accommodate my needs as an oxygen user -- a factor which often causes problems. Debbie and Steve couldn't have been more helpful on that score, which was absolutely wonderful. The welcome which we received on arrival was extremely friendly and the coffee and cake was a thoughtful addition. We were delighted with our...

Just returned from two nights in Llandudno, one of my favourite places. Our first stay at the Bryn Derwen but won't be the last! Debbie welcomed my husband and I and showed us round the beautiful house, which is immaculately maintained and furnished to an extremely high standard. She then showed us to our superior room which was light and...

Another great stay and despite awful weather forecasts we had quite a few sunny days. The hotels in a very peaceful spot within 5 minutes walk of all the shops, bars and restaurants. Debbie and Steve are great hosts and the breakfasts are very very tasty. Llandudnos a charming victorian town. What more could you want.
