Unusually writing a review whilst still at the hotel, just because its that good. Its a business trip , we managed to get on here some years ago and it was good then so very happy to come back. If you can improve on excellent then this place has done it . From the start as you walk in its an oasis of niceness. Greeted by name in a very welcoming manner just shows so much attention to detail. Reception chap is outstanding. Never misses anyone walking past with a friendly comment on how your day is going and can he help in anyway, and by name. Room brilliant, bathroom beautiful. I could eat my dinner off the floor its that clean. Serviced daily! Breakfast superb, particularly waiter part buffet just excellent. Boiled eggs cooked to perfection even had soldiers. Old world charm with out of this world service , trust me you need to stay here

Attended a business event with my wife and took the kids along too. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff, food and overall experience - all was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing. The amazing guy on reception really made the stay for our kids and is worthy of extra remark. Even parking was easy and free!

Came with a large group of friends for a birthday celebration for the weekend. Greeted and welcomed very professionally Upon sitting for dinner soon realised that this hotel was of a very good standard- staff excellent and food perfect. Very well managed hotel with excellent standards. Would most definitely recommend this. “Thank you”

I want to thank the staff for the best experience my 9 year old could have wished for. We all loved this place but the service that was given to our son was by far the best part of the stay. I can’t thank you enough. The absolutely amazing man on reception was the best but all of the staff were perfect. My son only wanted ‘ice cream on room service’ and this was all delivered exactly as he dreamed and they even let him order himself. Will definitely be back . Food was absolutely delicious and room 407 was spot on. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful service

Beautiful sea view rooftop room with balcony. The room was extremely clean and smelt good (always important). Furnishings were clean and comfy. The bed was perfect for us and gave us a good nights sleep. Breakfast was tasty but the staff were almost running to keep up with demands, so service was all over the place. We had to chase someone down to get tea and toast which finally arrived when we were finishing. The couple on the next table asked three times for decaf tea which took ages to arrive. Luckily we weren’t in a hurry so were prepared to wait. All in all a fabulous hotel with very hard working staff who made our stay most enjoyable and we can’t wait to get back.

We stayed at the St George's for Christmas 2022 and every member of staff made our Christmas so very special! We stayed in a Rooftops room and had a lovely table for 2 in the Wedgwood Suite and we loved every minute of it! The food was amazing - hot and beautifully presented - and the service was excellent at every meal - and there were plenty of opportunities to eat. The staff members are a credit to the hotel and the management should be very proud of them. We loved the room and the food and the atmosphere and just the grandness and quality of the whole break. This was the best Christmas Package break we have experienced and we have been to quite a few. We have already booked for next year and we are already looking forward to experiencing such a high quality break once again.. Please pass our thanks on to the staff.

Very nice hotel, great location on the front, close by to the shops. Really friendly staff couldnt do enough for us. The hotel is very clean, nice and warm and food was very good. I did not see the carpark so couldnt coment on that, my friend said it was full so I parked on the sea front which was fine as Llandudno was quite due to time of year, this could be a problem in the summer. Overall I was very please with the stay, nothing at all to complain about which says it all I suppose.

As a disabled person with a prosthetic leg. Our first enquiry which was before the pandemic was answered by the manager who was very helpful and advised that the hotel had a room which would be ideal for my disability and we decided to book for Xmas that year. Unfortunately the pandemic forced cancellation. We tried again in 2021 but they were full so we decided to stay one night in the spring of this year and were impressed both by the room and how helpful all the staff were and booked for Xmas 2022. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly reception staff and shown our room which had had the wet room refurbished by the manager and the staff member who carried out the refurbishment explaining how to use the new facilities. After settling in we then enjoyed dinner in the dinning room having been helped down the few steps by the staff insisting that I use the stairlift each time. We had already decided before travelling to extend our stay by a few days as the room was available making our Xmas break a weeks holiday during which time I think I met all the staff except the kitchen team and could not ask for a more attentive staff despite the inclement weather forcing us to remain indoors most of the time. Upon leaving we have already place a reservation request on the room for next Xmas and hope to be able to return then. To anyone wishing for a perfect place to stay for either a single night or longer this is the hotel to visit. Thank you to all the staff.
