We only stayed B&B so we cannot comment about the dinner. However the breakfast had fruit, cereals etc and the options for the cooked breakfast included local produce as well as smoked haddock, smoked salmon and kippers, all set out in a smart dining room complete with crisp white tablecloths on the tables. Our food was very nice. The bar area had...

The booking was made by my daughter. The Hotel certainly was a surprise. On arrival, we were greeted by scaffolding covering the front of the building including the main entrance. But fortunately, everything else about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. Big Jose. Jose took care of our table like we were the only people he...

We have stayed at the Dunoon Hotel a number of times every year since 2009. Obviously we realy like it to keep returning. This was our first visit this year and there are a significant number of improvements. The outside of the hotel was nearly finished being repainted, the front was finished and work had started on the side, it...

What a hotel, nice and comfy. Plus nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Nice hotel and some of the stuff were from the olden days but it what made the hotel. The staff were all helpful and breakfast was nice.

Professional and friendly people. Left my tooth brush there and was posted back for 10£ (standard posting cost) which is fair...

A comfortable family run hotel with friendly, efficient and willing staff. Hotel looks a bit out dated, but is very comfortable. Best part about the hotel is its restaurant. The food it serves is virtually up to Michelin standards. All meals are served at the table, including breakfast.. One has a choice of alternatives at every meal setting. Hotel is...

Thought we had booked double but it was a twin, small room but it was clean. Manager said it was booking agent's error and said we could move and have a refund. Did not want the hassle for 2 nights, so stayed. Breakfast was average, not huge. Poor value for money as we had paid £130 per night for two...

I stayed at Dunoon with a large group. First time in Llandudno and made to feel very welcome by Dunoon's staff. Amazing service, really restful sleep, beautiful building, incredible food and a great time. Hoping to be back there again sometime.
