Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely, comfortable room with a sea view (worth paying the extra). The bar meal we had was excellent: well cooked and good value. The staff are helpful and very friendly indeed. An asset to the hotel.

Recently stayed at the Imperial and it was fantastic. The hotel is located on the sea front do it is well worth booking a room with a sea view. It is only a short walk to the town centre and a 10 minute stroll to the pier. The only downside is that the hotel has limited parking.

If you fancy a stay in Llandudno there are many sea front hotel’s and B&B’s to choose from but you can’t go wrong with The Imperial. Helpful staff, clean and well appointed rooms and a decent breakfast. If your budget allows and you fancy lotas of room then go for a front facing

I had a great stay beautiful hotel can’t wait to go back! Immaculate hotel and friendly staff, our room was spotless and the full English was fantastic with a selection of fruits, cereal, yoghurts, jams etc aswell as a beautiful view over beach

Thank you for your hospitality , friendly staff and thank you to the management for your help with a problem that was my own fault myself and my partner must have stood out like a sore thumb but you were all amazing food was excellent and the room amazing thank you x

"Room 215 was a lovely double room, some furnishing need a little TLC, plenty of storage. From the room window I could see the sea."
"Look for a sea view room or side sea view - well worth the extra. I would recommend that you at least try the in-house restaurant."
