This was my fourth visit to the Rose Tor Hotel. Always great value, excellent location for sea front, shops, pier and great Orme, all within walking distance. A warm welcome awaits you from Dave and his staff, nothing too much trouble for them, and will make you very welcome. Super full English breakfast to start your day.

Stayed here with friends bank holiday for 3 nites. Excellent as always. Dave & his crew do a great job both with the running of the hotel PLUS bar & restaurant! Nice rooms nice and warm although my room at back got the sun all day! Towels changed every day! Plentiful tea/coffee in room, free wifi. Breakfast great as ever... More

Stayed in ROSE TOR over bank holiday for 3 nights from 22/5/15,hotel room was clean and staff were very polite, breakfast was lovely and also plates were hot. Parking was problematic but this was not confined to this hotel. Bed was comfortable and we had a room at the rear so any noise was minimal. 2nd stay and we would... More

Have stayed at the rose tor on several occasions and have always found Dave and his team well worth a 5 star rating although only a two star hotel the only thing stopping it going any higher is fact it does not have a lift which is not practical for this hotel

We are still here in this lovely hotel, loads of food at breakfast, husband ate last night in the bar said the foods excellent, really friendly staff and our room is great (24), loads of room very clean with tea+coffee daily. Spent a lovely weekend in Llandudno only to have it spoilt by the Owners comments, we found him rude and offensive. Rooms where basic, not very clean and a little shoddy. There was tea and coffee facilities but no cups and missing lightbulbs. There was a lot of noise from the street and would definately not be staying there again.

Came for Mothers Day lunch carvery , the place was busy we were seated quite quickly, the menu had a good choice I opted for pate which was very nice, however it would have been better if it was served with toast and not Bread and butter. Main was a choice of meats lamb, beef, pork or Turkey. We all... More

Very friendly staff. Room was basic but very clean and warm (we visited on a very cold and blowy February weekend) . We couldn't have dinner in the hotel because there was a private party going on but this didn't spoil our stay as there are lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, and the... More

This hotel is situated in Mostyn Street which is very handy for bars and eating places, and about a 5 minute walk to the promenade and the tramway up to the Great Orme. If you want no noise ask for a room at the back as Mostyn Street can get a bit loud at the weekends from the bars and... More
