Food disgusting, Tiny portions. Charged us £25 but that was £20 too much. Hotel felt dirty , needs a good overhaul not just a spring clean. Does not cater for diabetics. Was given an apple, 12 grapes for two people for dessert.

The Min Y Don Hotel at Llandudno does not have a lift. I suppose this is one of the reasons it does not have a higher "rating" for facilities. However, this lack of facility rating means it is a relatively cheap place to stay. As many of the other things you require from an hotel (such as location, quality of food and service) are good at the Min Y Don you could consider discussing with the management your needs, perhaps stipulating a lower floor bedroom.
