Booked a single room for just 1 night as I was visiting my mother in the local hospital. As I was travelling on my own I'd booked this hotel as it advertised dinner and a bar , which I thought would be nicer than eating out alone. I arrived in pouring rain & storm force winds & when I asked...

Stayed in a family room as we were going to a concert in Venue Cymru, which is very close to the hotel. Beds were comfy and clean, although the room itself was very dated. Breakfast was an extra £6.25 which we declined, and having seen the pictures on here, I don't regret it! A few guests had their dogs with...

Booked three rooms here for a family weekend. The owner is not the most cheerful of characters - perhaps we caught them at a bad time. My teenage son did however seem to have defended from another planet from the looks he got (then again he is a bit "alternative" in his fashion sense. For my point of view a...

We stayed here for one night during September. Free parking to the rear which is great. Rooms average, need a bit of TLC but they did the job. Lady on reception at check in didn't really have much to say, we had to ask what time breakfast was etc.... breakfast was nice, except the hash Browns. They were inedible. Breakfast...

We stayed here as a family of 3 over the bank holiday weekend and really had no issues with the hotel. We booked a family room and were unexpectidly put in the flat which is located at the rear of the property- 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen which was a lovely surprise for us all as plenty of extra room and...

Stayed here for a couple of nights with family. Very traditional hotel, rooms are very clean and tidy but the decor is looking abit dated. We stayed round the back of the hotel so didn't have a sea view but night times were really quite and peaceful. Free parking round the back of hotel which is hard to find in...

Thank you to Mike,Sue and all staff for making our weekend one of the most relaxing and welcoming weekends when we attended a family wedding recently. We had travelled from Edinburgh and were greeted with much warmth by everyone. Breakfast was very good and nothing was too much trouble. Hope to return and stay again. We have stayed here many times and never been disappointed. Always a lovely warm welcome. Food is excellent. Staff very friendly, very helpful and obliging. A bonus for me is the peace and quiet, no roudy entertainment. Definitely would not stay anywhere else.

Good situation right on promenade overlooking beautiful bay. Good breakfast included. Rear rooms noisy seagulls. Helpful staff. Small but adequate rooms. Lift. Bar and lounge. Tea making facilities. Nice towels (the sort that actually dry you).
