Stayed at the Premier Inn and then had breakfast and one evening meal at the adjoining pub. Food was OK by standard but the service was disgraceful. The attitude of one of the female members of staff with her constant visible chewing of gum was very unprofessional. You have to queue in one line like some dated holiday campsite whether...

Great service, great room. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with great views over the bay. The air conditioning was working well in the heat and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The adjoining Brewer' Fayre is ok. It's an old building so don't expect a highly polished Premier Inn, but it's a lovely...

To start with I didn't think there would be room for me to park at this Premier Inn but it was because the pub is hugely popular for food. Very convenient for Llandudno except that it can be a bit difficult pulling out on the road at busy times of the day. Air-conditioned, quiet with helpful staff.

Two adults and three children age 4 7 and 9. Stopped for one night as our daughter was turning 5 and this was a birthday treat. Room was OK however we were placed at the back, dark dingy not a room I'd like to be in for long. Smelt of damp wet washing hardly any ventilation despite window being open....

In days past, I'm sure this will have been a superb location but now, it is in dire need of a renovation. Please don't misinterpret that as a slight on the establishment or heaven forbid it's staff, but it really has seen better days. It was very warm, there were complimentary bottles of water or juice drinks at reception, all...

I have stayed in several Premier Inns for pleasure and for business. I was asked to step in to do a job at Colwyn Bay hence the last minute booking. I was impressed with the building and its surroundings. Unfortunately the room itself was a let down. Room 10 was not a nice room at all and the bathroom was...
