Welcome to The Queens Hotel, Llandudno. Welcome to the Jewel in the Crown of the North Wales coast. Ideally situated on the seafront, all 83 ensuite bedrooms (many with views of the sea and promenade) have colour television, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and telephone. Extremely accessible - situated centrally on Llandudno's Victorian Promenade. Wheelchair access is via a ramp (gradient 1:8) in to the hotel, from where the ground floor reception, ballroom, dining rooms and bedrooms are all accessible via 2 lifts. We are able to offer parking for coaches and cars. Just two minutes from the main shopping street, the Queens Hotel affords splendid views of the bay, Great Orme and restored Pier. The Aberconwy Conference Centre, North Wales Theatre and Llandudno's other attractions are also within easy reach. Our friendly team will cater for your requirements in the most professional manner. Booked Sunday lunch for 4 persons on Saturday. Arrived on Sunday for lunch, no record of our booking. Seated in the bar area for lunch. Ordered 4 two course lunches. Starter served quickly, 3 prawn cocktails and a pate. Waited 50 minutes for the main course which did not arrive.

I have stayed at the Queens for years...always enjoyed it, but for the last 2 years since it has been taken over, not been the same service! Sometimes the ‘little’ things make your stay more pleasant...

Good break. rooms average but very clean and quiet. enjoyed stay and made welcome by all staff. Food was good and lovely to see waiter service instead of everything put out on a buffet. Would return as location is also very central and views over the beach and pier are lovely.
