The nice looking patio tables, chairs and umbrellas drew us in and congratulations Tynedale - bright, modern decor which suits all age groups, but wow, very,...

Booked this hotel last minute for a short break away with our 8 month old baby. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to help us. Perfect location right on the promenade with a decent sized car park at the back of the hotel. We had a family room which was in the annexe at the back...

We stayed at this hotel as it was chosen as part of an Ulsterbus tour package. We had upgraded at time of booking to be sure we would get one of the best rooms. This did not disappoint. Our room was on the first floor, overlooking the promenade, directly opposite the bandstand. A great location for both our room and...

Good, clean, comfortable hotel and very good food served by well trained and competent staff. Restaurant is downstairs which could really do with two handrails although there is a lift available.Manager is available every day and everything really is geared to a guest's requirements. If you are thinking of booking, do it now !!

We spent just one night here before travelling down to Porthmadog and really enjoyed the short stay. Will definitely return when we visit Llandudno again. The room we had was on the back as we booked very late but it was comfortable and clean with everything you could need for a comfortable night. The breakfast was superb and we had...
