This hotel is warm in every way. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. My husband and I were part of a large group which filled the whole hotel. Despite the dining room being full the service was excellent and the food delicious and beautifully presented. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and the sea view was an extra...

The hotel is ideally situated, within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and pubs. Spotlessly clean everywhere, staff very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Our room was nice had everything we wanted, would have liked a sea view but none available at time of booking. Sampled the evening entertainment and could not complain with the singers, nice...

Well what a lovely weekend! The cruise theme which took us from Wales to Iceland and Monte Carlo was much enjoyed by all. The staff entered into the spirit of things with great enthusiasm and the food and drinks were superb. The entertainment was first class, and I discovered a previously undiscovered yen for gambling! The accommodation was very clean...

This wonderful hotel has been hosting "landlubber cruises" for the last 25 years. The basic idea is that each day of your holiday is themed on a cruise ship stopover port. Our four nights were New York, Reyjavik, Monte Carlo and Paris. The hotel staff enact their part in the theme and the hotel environment is set up to suit....
