Just returned from the Marlborough hotel after another week with Buckleys coach tours, once again a really warm welcome from Jean and her wonderful staff, fantastic food, clean and comfortable bedrooms and public rooms, really good entertainment although wednesday night needs some thought for improvement ( not only my opinion ) as the room emptied very quickly, going again in...

An excellent venue, close to the pier, promenade and shops. The bedrooms all had sparkling white linen and towels and were very clean, yes some are a little tired but the hotel is working hard to redecorate and the décor does not deter from the warmth and friendliness and willingness to help offered by all staff. It is lovely also...

The Marlborough Hotel is a very clean, homely hotel, but the decor is a little tired. The owner and all the staff are very friendly and bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable. Situated across the road from the the Pier and the Promenade. Evening entertainment ok, suitable for the older generation.

They all commented on the service from all the staff, excellent food and good choice, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms are a little tired but to be fair you do not spend much time in your room and Jean...

My friend and I visited again on the Saints Day Theme. It was a great week. The food is brilliant. I am coeliac and need Gluten Free food. The chef does a good job in giving me plenty of choice like everyone else. All food for everyone is good and plenty of it. The rooms are good. Maybe some are...
