We have just done a 5 day break at this Hotel and have enjoyed it all. Nice clean hotel, smashing staff, excellent food, not a massive choice but a choice, enormous room. It is situated on the sea front, close to the pier and close to the shops.

I feel compelled to express our experiences at the Glastonbury as there have been several references to this hotel that we do not identify with. From the initial entrance in the Glastonbury we were welcomed by the proprieter and from then on our stay, like others on this trip via David Uruquart travel was considered outstanding. The food was served hot...

Hi there, and thank you so much for your great review! We are really pleased you enjoyed all aspects of your brief stay with us, and that you liked the entertainment (Grant, son of Joe the manager in particular). We carried out a lot of re-decoration over the winter when we were closed, and you are right, in that it...

I arrived unannounced at almost midnight, but was found a room within 2 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Room was fine with kettle etc and tv. Wifi only in lounge unfortunately but lounge was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

Hi there, and thank you for taking time to review your recent stay here. The room in question is Room 109, one of the largest seaview rooms in the hotel, and as such, the bay window is from ceiling height, to almost floor level, meaning ready made curtains will not fit, and they have to be tailor made. I appreciate...

Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to review the hotel following your recent stay. We spent a lot of time over the winter (closed months) re-decorating all public areas of the hotel - all landings/stairs and the main lounge, and we also decorated a lot of the bedrooms, however time did not allow us to finish the...

It was clean and comfortable but very ''tired'' looking, especially the bathroom, which although clean, was very, very shabby!.
