We experienced a particularly friendly greeting at Reception upon arrival and despite being two hours early for check-in, our room was ready and we were able to gain access to it straight away. Adequately furnished and with a comfortable bed, plus the benefit of tea / coffee making facilities and toiletries in the bathroom all helped add to our pleasant...

We have just come back off another very nice holiday in Eastbourne with Vicky' s Coach Tours. As usual they found an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. The Queens Hotel on the seafront near the Pier is well situated, produces good food served by friendly and efficient staff. During our stay there was up to five coaches at...

I arranged for a group of friends to go to this hotel for the motown weekend, the word motown should never have been written in the description as only ONE piece of motown music...

Stayed for 2 nights to attend a military reunion. Lovely old building located on the seafront within 10 minutes walk to the town centre, hotel has its own car park which is great as seafront parking is very busy. Staff helpful but I would say the hotel is understaffed. Hotel is popular with coach parties and price point caters for...

The single room I had was a good size as was the bathroom with a walk in shower even though fittings were a bit antiquated everything worked with plenty hot water and good pressure in the...

This is a lovely hotel. I found it quite peaceful. The staff are very friendly. Our lovely waitress from Budapest was a joy. Lovely barman Nico from Greece was superb. It is in a very good location on the seafront near the pier but not too far from a good shopping center. Everything seems to run very smoothly here. Well...
