One night stopover whilst attending a retirement function in the town.

Was accommodated in a nicely appointed spacious room that sleeps up to three, so had more than enough space for myself. It appeared to have been relatively recently refurbished, so was in excellent condition.

So good I didn't want to tell anyone about it as I wanted to keep it to myself, though Dee and Kevin have made such an amazingly nice place to stay they deserve every bit of credit.

Dear Camelot Im part of a classic scooter club (The New Originals) that is based in north london who like to make an annual trip to the coast at least once a year. we have pencilled the weekend of 12th/13th June. last year we stayed in the brilliant Summerfields house, Hastings. We were fortunate enough to get one nights stay where we were very well looked after. Last year there was 10 of us, all male aged between 40-50 apart from myself (36) and I took it upon myself to research and book the accommodation. As a result of last years success I have been appointed the job once again. So.... would you be able to accommodate us this year? if so please could you let us know? I look forward to hearing from you Regards Greg Butler 07766243101

"traffic noise could be a problem for rooms facing main road."
"We had rooms 7 and 8 but I'm sure they are all of the same high standard."
"choose a room away from the road."
"We were in a rear top floor room with a great view over what I thought was the estuary and a lovely bridge over it. Cannot say on other rooms."
"Room 1 is the quietist room I know and overlooks the garden at the rear. It also receives the morning sun. The larger rooms 2 and 3 are at the front of the property and traffic noise is audible."
