We enjoy Eastbourne Theatres and this is the fourth Hotel we have stayed in, in their vicinity. Dealing direct we got a good price and had half board. We were offered tea and biscuits on arrival. Our room was spotless and well equipped. Two single beds adjoined made for a lovely large double. Usual drink making facilities and biscuits and...

What a great little Hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. The best Breakfast in Town. Honesty Bar & Ice Cream. Tea & Biscuits in the room. Pity about the small room and intermittent Wifi on the 3rd floor

We stayed here for my recent birthday and were impressed by the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the owners. The guesthouse has been tastefully refurbished to a very high and stylish modern standard, with period features retained. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast excellent. Free wifi and all mod-cons. In a nice and quiet part of Eastbourne,...

I returned over the Easter period for three nights. If anything, the hotel just gets better and better. Another extremely warm welcome by Darren, food still exceptional and the room just perfect with outstanding cleanliness and attention to detail. There was even a wonderful gesture of an Easter Egg for all guests at breakfast. Can't praise Darren and his staff...

I found this guesthouse as a last minute thing and I'm so glad I did. After a warm welcome, I settled into my room. A small double room but it had everything I needed. It even had a pillow menu... A real nice touch. The bed was comfy. I had a bit of work to do and the free wifi...
