they keep on changing their names, don't be fooled !! it was previously harmony. We booked our stay for 3 days, but we ended up staying only 1 night. we left early in the morning ! the food was terrible, only a beef spaghetti was served to the room, no choice, the room had hairs on the pillow and so many stains on it. the phone does not work, no receptionist available for help. the room was disgusting, cant even describe, please dont be fooled, we are so mad about the money we lost and they dont even care

Absolute rip off

The owners and manager could not care less about their clients. Only about the money they will rip you off. The rooms are airless and force you to use aircons, the corridors leak through 2 floors and the dangerous tiles are a menace to health. Avoid like the plague

Nice welcome by the girl at reception, the room was nice, very quiet and well equipped. Only you have to improve the food for dinner when you are on half-board. Hope to be back because I like the room.

Worst Stay Ever

I went there in the occassion of my finacé's birthday. There is not much of vegetarian options. An additional fee is to be charged if you want them to prepare a simple dish which you brought. Dinner is only two courses not to our expectation, no service at all. Even though it was mentioned that it was for a birthday celebration, no one cared about even a simple birthday wish. Breakfast was the noisiest one as there was maintenance work near the dining area. Staffs are shouting and not professional at all. Staffs are smoking in front of guest, some walking with their cigarette in the dining area, which i treat as irrespectful towards non-smokers. We could not use elevator in the morning as it was dirty, stincky, and maintenance using it to transport their dirty materials. The floor was muddy. Beware future guests, photos which have been published, will not meet your expectation at all. Being a person in the hotel industry myself, and having stayed in various categories of hotels, i will categorise it as the worse stay ever. …

Ok!!can improve day use

Room was neat but phone was kept for decoration of no use ..no information provided for lunch and receptionist over there should well be trained .In addition the man in the restaurant who served us was very nice towards us and food was ok.

Be careful ! Now its renamed to Harmony residence on Airbnb.

Name changed to Harmony residence to mislead guests. Avoid at all costs !! bad reception staff, old and dated Amenities , terrible overall cleanliness , bad smell , unprofessional staff, bad wifi , unfair price. repair work and painting going on simultaneously in adjoining rooms. etc etc. With such bad attitude there was no point arguing with them. We spent 2 days quietly with as much time possible travelling outside and checked out quietly. Would request tripadvisor to take note of this matter. One property listed three times on tripadvisor to mislead guests. I am sure its not and shouldnt be allowed.

Felt very happy to be at your hotel Very friendly staffs Very polite. Very amazing and tasty meals Very near the beach 1 min from the beach Easy way to go to supermarket 5mins away from the night club and pubs. Thank you so much Burnas staffs and hostesses waitresses and manager also. From Shivanand and Bhinishta.

Its probably the worst hotel I have been ... Dinner only meal of the day... No choice only chicken and nothing else not clean at all... For the price you have better been at le cocotier hotel or be-cozy hotel where you got pleinty of good things to eat

BAD EXPERIENCE AT BUR NAS BEACH

The place is not like the pictures... No maintenance .... Poor wifi ....No value added ... Does not meet our expectations.... No customer care .. i would highly NOT Recommend this hotel to anybody...dont forget to check reviews before booking .....Very disappointed family stay there

Terrible

We spent the weekend there in the penthouse Monte Carlo. Upon our arrival at 14:50 we had to wait for at least 15 mins before the room was ready when it should have been ready at 14:00. When we got into the penthouse, the floor was wet and slippery. The jaccuzi did not work and the guys had to come to fix it and still it was leaking. The kitchen was not well equipped at all, lacking all the basic utensils. In the bathroom, the were no bath floor towels. There were no lights in the living room and not all lights worked. They could fix it as well. The kitchen utensils and countertop were dirty!!! Not all A/C worked as well and the other ones had a bad smell coming from when turning on. Not recommended to anyone. Awful experience!
