Good service, large room, frendly staff, directly in the center next to Bryggen. Parking charged (not owned by hotel). Breakfest was rich and starts early enough. Walking distancr to all major sights of Bergen.

We had heard good reviews about this hotel. We had one night in Bergen and arrived at the hotel looking forward to our stay. Sadly we were met by two men who seemed very retisant to help us. Our room was basic as we had ordered but sadly no fridge or coffee making facilities. We were told for another thirty...

We booked a standard room and upgraded to the top floor room with balcony and 'just about' sea view. Very good value hotel for Bergen in an absolutely great location. Picture makes it look like on sea front but just set back a bit. Still good though. Very nice breakfast. A good value for money hotel in a brilliant location,...

Smart hotel in a great location. We stayed two nights in what was called a Superior Room (an upgrade apparently) which was spacious and comfortable. There was a kettle and fridge in the room, and a coffee machine downstairs (though the coffee wasn't very nice!) Breakfast was very good and served in the pleasant restaurant. Apparently it gets very crowded...

Situated downtown Bergen, close to famous Bryggen. Rooms are a bit worn out, old furnitures and not sound proof. Lots of noise from outside (trucks/cars). We also missed inroom safe and inroom minibar. Bathroom is ok sized with bathtub. Breakfast is good, with hot waffles and fresh fruits. Reception is too small and slow. Long lines when checking out.

The hotel is located very centrally. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. Our room was on the 4th floor and we had a nice view over Bergen from our window. The breakfast was nice, you can even get a fresh waffle with jam, and it was delicious!

This hotel is in a very good position, close to airport shuttle bus and fish market etc. It provides a reasonably priced late checkout facility - especially important in rainy Bergen where you don't want to be "homeless" whilst awaiting a late flight. Our superior room with harbour views was a charming, and a nice place to relax. The (free)...

Position of the hotel is excellent, practically in the middle of Bergen and close to restaurants and shops. The building and the overall arrangement looks a little bit outdated, but clean and well served. Rooms are spaceful, breakfast ok
