This hotel is a hidden gem, only 5 mins walk from the harbour. Extremely friendly staff, excellent breakfast and late night waffles, and simple rooms that are clean and deliver all of the necessities! Highly recommended for anyone travelling through Bergen!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are healthy and I love the home made yogurts and juice. Room is spacious and well equipped! The offer of free waffle in the afternoon is a bonus! Will stay there again if I visited Bergen next time!

Good Norwegian breakfast with a variety of foods. The staff was friendly, they even provided us with a breakfast/snack on the day we left for the airport prior to their normal breakfast service time. The location was good and the rooms were clean.

Excellent location, only two minutes from the very centre, and at the same time very quiet.. Exceptionally friendly staff. Clean and cosy room with everything one needs, except maybe for a larger desk. And best breakfast in town!

Breakfast was amazing, choice was great and everything was fresh, delicious. We stayed in February. It is very convenient for the town, we didn't find the hill a problem and certainly didn't think it was...

This hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill, so be prepared to walk (climb) to get there. We had a top floor room which we loved as the room had multiple skylights which were fantastic for listening to the rain fall on! Don't miss out on the late night waffle station that is set up for...

In short: nice and cosy little hotel, in a quiet area close to the center of Bergen. Breakfast wasn't the most interesting but alright. Staff was helpful. Had a good room on top floor, with a good view.
