Probably a strange title. Let me elaborate a bit. I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The first night I did not get much sleep because the neighbors were having a small private party. And the walls are very thin. Whenever someone goes for a shower uses the toilet it sounds like they use your room for it. The room...

This hotel is placed perfect. The breakfast is proper and Good. My room was small and I feel the price was to High compared to the sice. There is no elevator, and the staircase is tight. The host is very friendly and service oriented. There is a Nice garden where you can relax and Enjoy a cup of coffee

Super relaxed hotel, nice atmosphere, lovely patio and friendly staff. We stayed here for 1 night during our roundtrip in Norway. The hotel room is not that big, but has all you need and even provides a Nespresso coffee machine incl. some free cups. Great service. Breakfast is standard, but good. Parking also available behind the hotel (120NOK per day)....

We had a nice very big apartment with a lot of space , place was clean and personal was friendly breakfast was very good only downside maybe that the stairs to get to the basement (breakfast room) is a bit steep and in the evening you could go down to breakfast room to get some coffe or bake some waffles..

The only right way to stay in Kristiansand. Nothing compares to this hip, small, seaside boutique hotel in the southern Capital of Norway. Hard to get a room but definetly worth it. Been here both for business and pleasure.

This is my third time staying at Sjøgløtt hotell. I have stayed both in the smaller hotel rooms and the "apartment room". Overall it's been a great experience, the regular hotel rooms are on the smaller side, but modern and very clean (which is important to me). Staying at hotels in Norway is really expensive, you can't beat the price...

I've stayed here several times both in the summer and now for the first time in winter as well. This hotel is definitely my go-to hotel for when I visit Kristiansand. They have a cozy outdoor back area with a fireplace and even a hammock in the summer which is perfect for relaxing. Their breakfast is delicious and the staff...

We had just arrived at rush hour in Kristiansand and was hopeful after I saw all the good reviews on Trip Advisor. Upon arrival, we found the door locked and the person behind the intercom said we would have to call and make a reservation before they would open the door. Sounds completely fishy to me. Buyers beware! And, if...
