Hotel is comfortable, bar is well stocked and Bar Man (Tomaz) is lovely. Mini bar is well stocked and enough room to use for some of your own stuff as well. Decent bathroom with seperate toilet, deep bath and powerful shower. Pillows were awful and flat and beds were very uncomfortable. Lots of storage and a free safe to use....

Great location. While it is not a luxury hotel, you have the same luxury feeling while staying in this hotel. Staffs are super friendly and helpful in directing where to visits in the city. Highly recommend this hotel while staying in Vienna.

I recently stayed here, as it was the hotel being used for a tour I was going on. I came three days earlier. The hotel has a very good breakfast. Does not do dinners but there are very good restaurants a short walk away. The D tram takes you straight into the city. It was clean and quiet. I liked...

This is very good located hotel in quiet neighborhood. Few minutes walk from ring. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, as well as bathroom. Staff was very helpful. There is limited parking space outside, but hotel have garage. Expensive, but garage. I will be glad to stay here again, when I will be nearby.

I was visiting Vienna for a week and a friend booked me in this hotel. I usually stay in Hiltons and Marriotts. This is indeed a nice experience. Reasonably economical but the rooms were very clean and nice. The breakfast was excellent. The tram line is quite convenient and just couple of blocks away. The accessibility to rest of the...

It is so-so. Reasonable price - you get what you pay. But for somehow i think it just equal 3-star hotel. Location: by the Strudlhof stairs. It is romantic attraction but not worth a visit if it isn't on your way. You can walk to tram D in 5 minutes (to the center/ famous attraction/ train station/airport transfer) & metro...

We only stayed here over night but had a great stay. The room was huge, prices reasonable, nice shower/ bathroom and a well stocked bar. Nice area to take a wonder along the river bank and find fun things to do

Is it 4 stars? Probably not, more like a travelodge in UK. Location cannot be faulted with being on the d-line tram line. Very handy with a Spar just round the corner, can top up the snacks and drinks. Affordable choice for visiting Vienna. Some nice bars and restaurants nearby too.

Staying in Serviten Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
Serviten Quarter
The Serviten Quarter is an inner city neighbourhood with many private charms. Popular with French and American expats, Sigmund Freud’s neighbourhood boasts his former practice and apartments, now turned into a museum. Stunning Liechtenstein Garden Palace houses the private art collection of Prince Adam of Liechtenstein. Romantic Strudlhofstiege close to the palace is a fantastic photo spot. With their small independent shops and eateries, the main streets of Liechtensteinstrasse, Porzellangasse and Servitengasse reveal much of this area’s character. Peek into baroque Serviten Church, with its richly decorated dome and walls. At the Old Jewish cemetery in Seegasse you can see one of the most precious cemeteries in Europe with tombstones almost 500 years old.
