A great place for a couple of days. Easy location for tram and metro. Couple of good restaurants minutes always plus a well stocked supermarket. Basic facilities but kettle provided, warm, clean and good shower

We had a spacious room with a TV and a bathroom/toilet, close to the city centre, the owner of the pension was a very nice guy, spoke Czech as well which made the communication even easier. Prices are very low, poor-student-friendly I would say :-) WiFi available (but only the hall, not in the room). We can definitely recommend this...

The hotel is OK, but located near busy street. The sleep quality not very satisfying, because of the noise (especially from the early morning, nights OK). There is a tram station just a few steps away, it brings you to the closest subway station, you can also walk, the distance is not that far. Different shops, caffeteria and bars/restaurants around....

The pension is recommended if you want to explore Vienna on foot, it is relatively close to city center and location is really good. The room was fine, not high class brand new furniture, but it was what we expected for the money given. The only thing that we didn't like was the total absence of staff. You have their...

One of the most frustrating experiences in my travelling history. Starting with the booking problems, the "hotel" turned out to be a flat converted to a pension, where my room was a tiny confinement with a bathroom squeezed inside. And for that money? Almost an extortion. Yellow towels for feet, poor ventilation, a bed with sprawling pillow, noisy toilet mechanism,...

So we stayed in this place for one night which was more than enough. It's cheap with a lot of disadvantages. The room absolutely didn't look as on the pictures. I don't know if there's a wifi or no cos we didn't get any info about it. The breakfast is bread with the cheapest butter and jam from the corner...

We made reservation in this pension because we liked it very much during our last visit a few years ago. This time it was a disappontment. The room was OK and the breakfast (buffet) was better than last time. The real problem are the people. We arrived before 10 AM, but nobody opened us. We had to wait until 2...

Stayed here for 3 nights. It's located around 2.5 km from the center of Vienna (Stephansdom). You can get there by tram I think but I walked. The room was very big and clean , the staff ok but the one thing I did not like was that one day when we came in our room during the day some...

Pension Madara is situated in a big flat on the first floor in old renovated building, no elevator.. We had a very big room with 3 beds (for 2 of us),overlooking the main street with bathroom inside the room, rather small, and no toileteries except soap. When you are in a big city like Vienna on a busy street you should...

We arrived at the madara in the afternoon. He was checking many people in at that time, which was quite chaotic as we were all filling these forms in the he was processing everything quite slowly. the madara is set back from the main road in a communal block. So keep a good eye out for it. The room itself...
